8.4 If a counter-notice is received within four weeks, we will consider restoring access to the content unless informed of legal proceedings against it.
8.5 If no counter-notice is received, we will consider the matter closed.
9. Termination
9.1 We may terminate your account without prior notice for reasons including:

11.3 Accounts are non-transferable and will terminate upon your death. Upon receipt of your death certificate, your account and all associated content will be permanently deleted.
